MoU signing between IIAU and MBZU

International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan received a delegation of the Muhammad bin Zayed University for Humanities.

At the beginning of the visit, the guests were given detailed information about the Academy's activities, goals and tasks, rare manuscripts stored in the "Treasure of Sources", as well as the work carried out by the Imam Moturidi International Research Center.

During the meeting, Dr.Uygun Gafurov spoke about the changes and reforms in the religious and educational sphere in the country. 

Dr. Kareema al-Mazrouie, adviser to the rector of the Muhammad bin Zayed University for Humanities, noted that the cooperation between Uzbekistan and the UAE has been developing in all areas in recent years. 

It was noted that it is necessary to further develop cooperation relations in the fields of education, science, and culture, and further strengthen bilateral partnership. The establishment of academic exchange between the parties in the field of education will serve this aim.

At the end of the meeting, the Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan and tthe Muhammad bin Zayed University for Humanities.
